卢卯旺教授

一、个人简介

卢卯旺,男,汉族,湖南江永人,中共党员,博士、二级教授、硕士生导师(物理学专业)、博士生导师及博士后合作导师(材料科学与工程专业)、主要研究方向为低维半导体结构与器件。湖南省高等学校物理学学科带头人,首届广西自然科学基金专家委员会委员。2003年获中国科学院固体物理研究所凝聚态物理博士学位,先后主持国家自然科学基金项目4项、广西自然科学基金等省部级科研项目6项。近来以第一作者或通信作者发表学术论文100多篇,出版学术专著1部(独著),获广西自然科学奖(排名第1)。
