卢卯旺(教授)

一、个人简介
卢卯旺,男,博士、二级教授、博士生导师、屏风学者,湖南省高校学科带头人、广西自然科学基金委员会专家委员。主要研究方向为自旋电子学,低维结构与量子调控,半导体物理与器件。主持国家自然科学基金项目5项,省部级科研项目6项。近年来以第一作者或通讯作者发表学术论文120多篇,出版学术专著1部,获广西自然科学奖1项。
