一、个人简介

相怀成,男,博士、副教授、硕士生导师、主要研究方向为电子信息功能材料、固态电解质与固态电池、高熵陶瓷等。担任Journal of Advanced Ceramics青年编委。2019年获桂林理工大学博士学位,2019-2021年在深圳大学从事博士后研究。先后主持深圳市自然科学基金项目1项、广西自然科学基金项目1项。近来以第一作者或通信作者发表学术论文30余篇,授权国家发明专利7项。

二、代表性的项目

1)深圳市自然科学金面上项目:Li基橄榄石微波介质陶瓷的低温可控制备及其晶格振动光谱与介电损耗关系研究,(2020-2023),主持。

2)广西自然科学基金青年项目:AVO4型微波介质材料的介电常数与谐振频率温度系数影响机制研究,(2023-2026),主持。
