一、个人简介

刘晓斌,男,博士、副教授、硕士生导师、主要研究方向为先进电子材料与器件及其人工智能应用。电子元器件关键材料与技术专委会成员。2017年获西安交通大学博士学位,先后主持广西自然科学基金等省部级科研项目2项。近来以第一作者或通信作者发表学术论文10多篇。
