刘晓斌(副教授)

一、个人简介
刘晓斌,男,博士、副教授、硕士生导师,主要研究方向为电子信息材料与器件的人工智能驱动设计与优化,现为电子元器件关键材料与技术专业委员会委员。2017年获西安交通大学博士学位,先后主持广西自然科学基金等省部级科研项目2项。近年,以第一作者或通信作者发表学术论文10余篇。

(1)广西自然科学基金:磷酸锂铋化合物陶瓷的制备、结构与微波介电性能及离子导电特性研究, 主持,已完成结题。
(2)广西科技计划项目:层状半导体纳米材料的制备、光催化性能及其机理研究,主持,已完成结题。
