刘晓斌(副教授)

      一、个人简介

刘晓斌,男,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。研究方向为电子信息材料与器件的人工智能驱动设计与优化。获西安交通大学电子科学与技术专业博士学位,现任电子元器件关键材料与技术专业委员会委员。先后主持或参与国家级、省部级科研项目共5项;近年来,以第一作者或通信作者发表学术论文10余篇。

二、代表性的项目

(1)广西自然科学基金重点项目:人工智能驱动的微波介电材料及器件智能设计与性能调控机制研究(AI4S),主持,30万元,在研。

(2)广西自然科学基金青年项目:磷酸锂铋化合物陶瓷的制备、结构与微波介电性能及离子导电特性研究主持,10万元,已结题。

(3)广西科技计划项目:层状半导体纳米材料的制备、光催化性能及其机理研究,主持,12万元,已结题。

四、学生培养

已培养研究生6名,全部顺利就业。其中,1名学生考取国家公务员,另有学生分别进入高校和国企工作。培养期间,学生科研表现突出,人均发表SCI论文1篇以上,1人荣获国家奖学金。
